Polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (PUFA or AGE) or vitamin F: linoleic acid (omega 6) (64.5%).
Monounsaturated fatty acids (MUFA): oleic acid (omega-9) (22.6%).
Saturated fatty acids (SFA): palmitic acid (7%), stearic acid (4%).
